Terms of service

These terms describe your use of FrontDesk and the Rebel AI Technology website. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Contact: a.harrington@rebelaitech.com.

1. FrontDesk is for the owner

FrontDesk is an AI back-office employee for service business owners. You text or call your dedicated number to save and retrieve notes, payment records, appointments, reminders, prices, supplies, leads, and photos, and to ask for help with emails. Calls and texts use the same saved records.

FrontDesk never texts or calls your customers. Texts, calls, and reminders are for the business owner. Emails may be sent to recipients you specify when you direct FrontDesk to send them.

2. Your information and instructions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give FrontDesk and for having permission to share it. Tell FrontDesk when a payment, schedule, price, or other record changes. Payment tracking records what you report; it does not collect a debt or automatically verify bank transactions.

Keep control of the owner phone number connected to your service and tell us if it changes or is compromised. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, send unlawful content, access another person’s account, or interfere with the service.

3. Emails and connected accounts

Connecting Gmail is optional and requires your authorization through Google. Other supported email connections require their own authorization. Review recipients and important details before directing an email to be sent. You can revoke a connected account’s access through its provider.

You remain responsible for emails you ask FrontDesk to send and for having permission to contact the people you send them to. Those emails go out from FrontDesk’s own email address, not from your connected account.

4. Accuracy and availability

AI can misunderstand, miss information, or give an incorrect answer. Check important amounts, dates, recipients, and instructions. Keep independent copies of critical records and use another reminder method for urgent or high-stakes obligations.

FrontDesk is designed to be available 24/7, but service can be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, or provider outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every message, call, reminder, or email will be delivered.

5. Free tester offer

We are taking five testers for 30 days free, with no card required. A tester spot is confirmed individually, and the 30 days begin on the agreed activation date. Asking for a spot does not guarantee admission. There is no automatic paid enrollment. Any paid continuation requires a separate agreement.

6. Text messaging

By enrolling and agreeing to receive service texts, you authorize FrontDesk to send owner-directed responses and reminders to your verified number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. For assistance, email a.harrington@rebelaitech.com.

Stopping texts does not delete stored information. You can request data deletion as described in our privacy policy.

7. Unc and other products

Unc is an AI character, not a human adviser. The free preview is limited to 30 seconds per conversation and is subject to a daily conversation cap. It is intended for general encouragement and a demonstration of the character. It does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Do not attempt to make the preview impersonate anyone, repeat abusive material, or produce false endorsements. Access may be limited to protect the service. The preview does not grant a license to reuse or clone the voice.

Decision-Maker Finder results and Photo Estimator estimates can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify contact details before acting on them, and review job conditions before using an estimate as a final quote. Availability and any paid terms for those products are confirmed separately.

8. Ownership

You retain ownership of the information and photos you provide. You give us permission to process and store them as needed to carry out your instructions and provide the service under the privacy policy. Rebel AI Technology retains its rights in its branding, website, and service technology.

9. Ending service

You can ask to stop using FrontDesk at any time by emailing us. We may suspend access for misuse, a security concern, or a material violation of these terms. Deletion requests are handled under our privacy policy.

10. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every business need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service develops and will provide notice of material changes. Questions can be sent to a.harrington@rebelaitech.com.
